Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day accounting operations.
  • Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation & general ledger.
  • Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management report, cash flow statement, forecast and budgeting.
  • Preparation for timely closing of monthly account for management review.
  • Responsible for the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors.
  • Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.
  • Preparation of SST tax return & assists in Corporate Tax related matters.
  • Liaise with both internal & external stakeholders directly.
  • Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Preferably a Diploma holder, Bachelor Degree or its equivalent.
  • Fluent to speak Cantonese because need to liaise with Hong Kong counterpart and bankers.
  • Good in read and write Mandarin for processing documents, at the same time to be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A good team player, dedicated & able to work independently.
  • Able to handle multiple task and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with Auto Count software is an added advantage.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel at Intermediate or Advance Level.
  • Can start work immediately.
