How to Place Orders

Only registered users on our website are able to place order, if you have not register yourself, please do so here www.uniqbe.com/user/registerYou can follow these steps for placing an order:

  1. Begin by logging into your account; you’ll find the login option at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Next, choose the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
  3. To review your selection, click on “My Cart” situated in the upper right corner.
  4. Then, select the products that you wish to purchase from your cart and then click “Proceed”.
  5. Fill in the item’s declared value, shipping details, and billing information for each product.
  6. Once you’ve confirmed all the details, proceed to the payment step.
  7. Congratulations! Your order is now confirmed and on its way!

Products

1. I am not able to find the product in your website, what can I do?

Kindly reach out to our dedicated team, who will make every effort to procure your desired item from alternative sources at no extra expense.

2. The product I’m interested in is currently unavailable. What should I do?

While we aim to maintain stock levels that meet expected demand, some highly popular items may run out of stock. In such cases, we recommend checking our website again the following day. If the product is restocked, it will be available online.

3. Is it possible to change the chosen product once an order is confirmed?

Absolutely, you can request a product change as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched. However, please note that requests for product changes after shipment will not be accommodated.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request an order cancellation. Please keep in mind that we can only cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Unfortunately, once your parcel is on its way, we can no longer process cancellations.
