Order Processing Time & Shipment Time

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. If the items are in stock, our warehouse team typically takes 1 to 2 business days for processing. On average, it takes about 5 to 10 business days for you to receive your order. It’s important to note that the 5 to 10 business days are calculated from the day we receive your payment.

For items that are currently out of stock, additional processing time may be required. Our team will keep you informed if any delays are expected. Please rest assured that we are committed to expediting the processing whenever possible.

Shipping Destination

Due to differing country regulations and the unique nature of each product, the eligibility of shipping destinations may vary depending on the product. Uniqbe provides shipping services to all countries except:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Mexico
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Sudan
  • Venezuela

Shipping Options

Uniqbe offers a range of shipping options, granting sellers valuable flexibility when it comes to delivery timelines, tracking availability, and pricing. Express shipping options:

  • DHL
  • FedEx

We also allow customer to arrange their own transport. Customer need to inform us one day and one hour before the collection

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost varies per product, shipping destination and shipping option. The pricing is transparent as all the costs are clearly shown in product listing.

Despite all the shipping costs for all the countries stated in our website, some extended areas like rural, remote and less-accessible locations may require extra charges. Our system will auto look up your postal code, in cases where it falls under remote area, the charges will show up in your check out page.

Changes in Order/Shipping Details

1. How do I change my shipping address before dispatched?

If you require any alterations to your shipping details, please feel free to contact our sales team.


2. How do I change my shipping address after dispatched?

After the shipment has left our warehouse, our control over its destination is limited. Nevertheless, we can certainly make a request to our courier partner for a potential re-routing to your new address. Please be aware that re-routing is not guaranteed, and it may be subject to an additional surcharge.

Items Issues

1. What should you do in case of the purchased item/s is in faulty condition?

It’s advisable to start by reaching out to us. Remarkably, we’ve managed to address 40% of product defects by providing simple repair guidance through chat correspondence. If the issue persists, we will promptly send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once this form gains approval, you may proceed with returning the product.

Customization/Personalize Packaging

How to access to customization/personalize packaging service?

  1. Customers provide their preferred packaging or packaging insert designs.
  2. We obtain a quote from our supplier and respond promptly.
  3. After design approval, we request a revised quote from the supplier.
  4. A sample is printed for your review and approval.
  5. Upon sample approval, we proceed with bulk production.
  6. Afterall, our team will assign you a unique reference number.
  7. Then, you may apply the reference number in “Unique Customization Code” column when adding items to your cart.

Bundling Services

1. Can I provide my own free gifts or packaging inserts to be included with my orders?

Certainly, you have the option to do so. In order to proceed, kindly collaborate with our customer service team to secure a reference number.


2. What are the steps to access this self-provided gift and packaging insert bundling service?

  • Contact our customer service team and provide the dimensions and weight of your free gift or packaging inserts for suitability assessment.
  • If the size is within the acceptable range, there won’t be any additional charges. However, for items that are too heavy or bulky, extra shipping fees may apply.
  • Upon confirmation, our team will share the shipping address and provide you with a reference number.
  • Please label the provided reference number on the parcel and share parcel details, including the tracking number, with us.
  • Our team will notify you once the parcel is received.
  • Then, you may apply the reference number in “Unique Customization Code” column when adding items to your cart.
